  • Be respectful, cooperative and will contribute positively to the experience of fellow riders.

  • Be careful and considerate that my actions will not hurt another person's feelings or hurt them physically, either intentionally or accidentally.

  • Show respect to the staff and cooperate fully with their instructions. Always follow directions.

  • Respect the rights and beliefs of others and treat everybody with courtesy and consideration.

  • Respect the property of others and the centres equipment.

BEHAVIOUR

  • Conduct myself responsibly. I understand that excessive rough play, unwelcome teasing/bullying or any unfriendly behaviour, is not allowed and will not be tolerated.

General

  • We would encourage all riders to inform their instructors, or the office staff should they experience a problem with another customer or a staff member or any other issues. If we are not aware of a problem, we cannot assist in the resolution.

  • Treat others as you would like to be treated.

  • Most importantly, have Fun and enjoy the ponies.

  • Mobile phone use is allowed, however no videoing or taking photos allowed without the express permission of all people involved and the approval of Carrickmines Equestrian centre staff.

I understand that if I do not follow these rules, my parent/guardian will be notified. Serious behaviour problems or repeatedly breaking the rules will result in riders being suspended/dismissed from the centre, with no refund for missed time or lessons.

All riders are required to agree and honour this Code of Conduct as listed above.

I have read the Code of Conduct with my child, and we understand and agree to the above
